If you have done the steps above, then you may want to check your modem lights, as it is most likely an ISP problem. There should be at least four steady, green lights—if there is a blinking light or one that is of a different color, then you may have a problem with your ISP.
5. Contact Your Provider
If you believe that the issue is with your provider after trying all the above steps, then you may want to contact them. Check if there is an outage or signal disruption in your area that is affecting your internet speed. If it is an isolated problem with your own household’s connection, you may request for them to check it and have it repaired.
